NEW YORK, NY -- (Marketwired) -- 03/06/14 -- Infor, a leading provider of business application software serving more than 70,000 customers, today announced a partnership with Integrated Property Management (IPM) Software to provide continuous and comprehensive software solutions for affordable housing communities. The partnership will utilize the Infor AMSI eSite suite and CornerStone multi-family affordable compliance software and the newly developed affordable integration module (AIM) to provide more robust software solutions for subsidized housing.
Infor AMSI will now provide a complete offering to the current mixed portfolio users and potential clients. Users with affordable properties in their portfolios will be able to more easily manage their property initialization, update tenant certifications, voucher submission and perform day-to-day move-ins and move-outs among other administrative tasks. The partnership expands the scope of market offerings from Infor AMSI to the property management industry. IPM Software brings a unique aspect to the partnership, as the leading multi-family compliance software vendor that develops at both the owner agent site (OA) and contract administrator level. Infor fulfills the compliance management aspects within the partnership, to enable greater filing, tracking and accuracy.
"Through the partnership with Infor AMSI, property owners and managers are better able to efficiently and effectively manage their portfolios," said Bill Sullivan, president, IPM Software. "Our goal is to make the process associated with affordable housing seamless for mixed portfolio clients and qualified applicants."
Cornerstone, which is IPM's OA site-level property management and accounting software, contains three key components: rent, HUD section and low-income housing tax credit. CornerStone has built-in wizards that guide you through daily processes such as move-ins, move-outs, unit transfers, and the process used for creating TRACS files. CornerStone features a "live chat" icon to provide easy access to the client care team, making the software very user friendly. IPM Software has been in business for 27 years and is an active participant in both state and national multi-family affordable housing organizations, including the National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA) and Southeastern Affordable Housing Management Association (SAHMA).
Infor has an established and longstanding philanthropic relationship with Habitat for Humanity International, an organization that is dedicated to providing decent, safe and affordable places to live.
"Our partnership IPM Software allows us to break new ground in the quest to provide low-income, subsidized and affordable housing solutions," said George Landgrebe, general manager, Infor AMSI. "Whether through our software, partnerships or philanthropic endeavors, Infor is committed to the goal of making universally affordable housing a reality."
