On October 28, 2013, the Company held its Annual Meeting ("Meeting") and is pleased to announce that all resolutions brought before the Meeting were passed by the shareholders. The three directors elected to serve for the ensuing year were Jingping Dong, Ping Huang and Qiao Song. There was no other business brought forward at the meeting.

On November 14, 2013, the Company submitted applications to British Columbia Securities Commission and Alberta Securities Commission for Full Revocation of the cease trade order issued by them.
