Director's Share Dealing

The Company was informed that on 29 May 2014 Jay Mervin Shaw ("Director"), Chief Executive Officer, completed the purchase of 100 American Depository Receipts ("ADRs") respectively, equivalent to 500 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of US$6.20 per ADR or £ 0.74 per ordinary share at the current exchange rate of $1.67 to £ 1.00. Each ADR is equivalent to 5 ordinary shares.
Following the Director's share dealing the Director's holding in the share capital of the Company is as follows:
