The new Spiceworks Cloud Services Discovery feature allows organizations to automatically detect more than 40 popular cloud services, helping IT pros gain insight into exactly which cloud services are in use across their network.
• Remote Device Agent - Spiceworks 6 introduces an optional agent for better management of roaming devices. The agent scans the device locally then connects to Spiceworks to provide important updates on its health and status. • Social Knowledge Base - Gives IT pros access to more than 2,100 searchable "how to" articles posted by peers and vendors in the Spiceworks community. IT pros can bookmark and customize community-sourced articles or create custom content they can share or keep private. In addition, articles can be tagged and displayed in the user portal to help minimize support calls.
