As top marketing and business development executive for NextWeb, Inc. he was instrumental in building the wireless ISP, which was sold to Covad for $25 million. Warren has also held executive positions with publicly traded Ascend Communications (purchased by Lucent Technologies for $25 billion) and Octel Communications. He has also served as Managing Director of Sage Venture Partners and Progeny Plus Capital Partners, venture capital firms focused specifically on high technology investments.
