("Constellation") (TSX: CSU) announced today that it has completed, through its wholly-owned subsidiary Constellation Homebuilders Systems ("CHS"), the acquisition of the shares of Ibcos Holdings Ltd ("Ibcos") from the principal shareholders (Ibcos Holdings Ltd is the parent company of Ibcos Computers Ltd).
