(PINKSHEETS: SCFR): Following change of control, new management announced today that the company has acquired the direct response mobile marketing technology assets from Smart Future Ventures Canada, and that the company will know be known as "As Seen on Android."

The acquisition assists the company with the execution of its strategic goal of providing shopping solutions to the Android market.
