TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 08/16/12 -- Longview Solutions, a leading provider of corporate performance management (CPM) and tax management software, is pleased to announce the appointment of Rob Hoevens to the position of Executive Vice President, International. Leading Longview's international operations, Mr. Hoevens will be responsible for the advancement and growth of the business outside of North America, as well as the enhancement of business development relationships with Longview's tax service providers. With established offices in Canada, the Unites States, and the United Kingdom, Mr. Hoevens will play a significant role in the expansion of Longview's international presence with the opening of an additional office in Europe and, possibly, Asia.

Mr. Hoevens brings more than 20 years of service with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Netherlands where he held a variety of roles, including being a member of the Board of Management as Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and member of the continental European Board of Management as CFO/COO. His responsibilities at PwC ranged from working with several key international and national clients to leading the Advisory Line of Service.

After leaving PwC, Mr. Hoevens spent the last five years working as an independent advisor and entrepreneur, and served as a Member on several Supervisory Boards, including WNL, a public television broadcast corporation; the Dutch Premier League soccer club, ADO Den Haag; and Woonbron, a leading housing association in the Netherlands based in Rotterdam, where he also served as the Chairman of the Audit Committee and still continues a supervisory role.

From April 2010 to April 2012, Mr. Hoevens served on the Supervisory Board of Exact as Vice Chairman and Chairman of the Audit Committee. Commencing in July 2011 until April 2012, he was delegated from the Supervisory Board to assisting the interim CEO with specific responsibility for Longview.
