With space at a premium in the data center, the compact Flex Tap's ability to fit up to 24 taps in a 1U panel, along with support for 1G, 10G, 40G and 100G implementations represents a leap forward in value and cost-savings.

The Tap delivers full-duplex monitoring around the clock with zero impact on network traffic. Lack of an IP address and isolation from the network reduce Flex Tap's exposure to attacks. The monitoring device connected to it maintains total visibility -- seeing all full duplex traffic as if it were in-line, including Layer 1 and Layer 2 errors.
