SANTA CLARA, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 10/02/12 -- eBrevia today announced the launch of the company's eDiligence Accelerator at DEMO Fall 2012, world-renowned for launching the most innovative companies in enterprise, mobile, cloud computing, consumer, social media and disruptive technologies.
The company's initial software employs natural language processing technology developed at Columbia University to assist attorneys and business professionals in analyzing, extracting information from, and summarizing legal documents.
"We're thrilled with the opportunity to launch at Demo Fall 2012," said eBrevia's CEO Ned Gannon. "As former corporate attorneys, my co-founder and I understand first-hand the challenges faced by law firms and businesses to conduct legal due diligence accurately and quickly, while keeping a lid on the high costs associated with the process. We have developed a product that directly addresses the challenges involved in legal due diligence."
eBrevia will provide a live, six-minute demonstration of its eDiligence Accelerator on the DEMO Fall 2012 stage on Tuesday, October 2, 2012, at 3:23 pm, and will host live demonstrations beginning today at Booth D57 in the DEMO Fall 2012 pavilion.
"Budgetary constraints, increased competition, and a savvy customer base mean that today's enterprises are continually on the lookout for the top innovations that provide a competitive advantage," said Matt Marshall, executive producer of DEMO. "We are excited to be providing the platform for these DEMO Fall 2012 demonstrators to showcase their technologies to the world."
