(OTCBB: SSNT) (OTCQB: SSNT) today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, SWK Technologies, a preferred source for best-of-breed business management applications and professional consulting services, has closed on a software sale valued at over $650,000.

The transaction involves the sale of Sage Software's ERP X3 software and attendant consulting services. The customer is a specialty chemical distributor headquartered in the Midwest.
