The four elite companies selected as finalists for the Americas category will produce a video about their company and product, which will be posted to several sites worldwide. The winner will be determined by a combination of CRM Idol judges and popular vote on the video.

Primary judges include notable CRM luminaries such as Brent Leary, Denis Pombriant, Esteban Kolsky, Jesus Hoyos, Laurence Buchanan, Mark Tamis, Prem Kumars and Silvana Buljan. Winners will be announced on December 5, 2012.
