Artefact is a leading provider of clinical software solutions for healthcare organizations. Financial terms were not disclosed.

Artefact is based in Quebec City, Canada and has many of Quebec's largest healthcare organizations using its software solutions. It has established a prominent position in Radiology and Pharmacy Information Management Systems and clinical data interchange, both locally and for networked systems (Health Information Interchange).
