WALTHAM, MA -- (Marketwire) -- 04/16/12 -- Viewfinity (www.viewfinity.com), the leading innovator of privilege management solutions, announced that it has achieved the highest level of Microsoft Partner Certifications, earning Gold and Silver competencies as an independent software vendor (ISV). Viewfinity Privilege Management provides a method for securing IT environments through the elevation of privileges for applications or by reducing permissions for privileged users on specific applications and tasks in a least privilege environment.
The certifications demonstrate best-in-class expertise within Microsoft's marketplace and the highest level of expertise with Microsoft technologies, along with service readiness, capacity, and scalability expected of a trusted software provider. Earning a gold competency is evidence of the deepest, most consistent commitment to a specific, in-demand, business solution area, along with the distinction of being among only one percent of Microsoft partners worldwide that have attained this outstanding degree of proficiency.
"This validation by Microsoft is another step forward in our growth as a technology innovator and it underscores our commitment to providing a world-class privilege management solution that triggers the tipping point for broad adoption to lockdown endpoints -- due to our breakthrough method by which administrative rights are managed, as well as our dedication to improving the customer experience," said Leonid Shtilman, CEO, Viewfinity.
The company achieved outstanding results in the required Gold certification Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSAT), earning well above Microsoft Partner averages in all categories, including 100 percent ratings in "Satisfied" and "Likely to Recommend" loyalty categories. Ninety percent of Viewfinity customers surveyed were "Champions" and ten percent were "Moral Supporters" -- the top two customer loyalty categories. The company earned high marks in overall performance, ease of doing business, quality of communication, quality of sales, quality of products, quality of support, value received and the ability to meet customers' needs.
Viewfinity also recently reported first quarter year-over-year growth with new customer acquisitions up by 213 percent, 155 percent increase in sales and a 308 percent increase in the number of desktops licensed.
