(OTCBB: SSNT) (OTCQB: SSNT) announced today that its wholly-owned subsidiary, SWK Technologies, Inc., the premier total solutions provider specializing in business software applications and services, has closed on a transaction involving Sage ERP X3 which will generate approximately $115,000 in revenue for SWK.

The transaction involves a customer who is a specialty resins and coatings manufacturing company with eight locations nationally. SWK Technologies will be responsible for the installation and implementation of the software.
