The earnings announcement has been delayed due to the recent weather activities in the Northeast, including Hurricane Sandy and the subsequent snow storm. The BIO-key corporate office, located on the Jersey Shore, in Wall New Jersey was impacted by the storm and without power for eight days. In conjunction with the earnings announcement, BIO-key will schedule a conference call in early December, to review the results and update investors on the progress of strategic alliances and partnerships.
