Prior to joining Actiance Mr. McLaughlin held several senior sales positions with leading Silicon Valley technology companies including BEA Systems and StrongMail. At BEA Mr. McLaughlin was instrumental for driving global sales with 144% year-over-year (YOY) license growth, in significantly expanding sales in EMEA, and in transforming Asia Pacific into BEA's most profitable region with growth in excess of 300%.

Appointed to the role of Vice President of Sales East Region, Mr. Fucci is charged with growing the enterprise sales team to sell the award-winning Actiance governance platform that helps companies leverage social business applications and real-time communications while ensuring they adhere to compliance and regulatory requirements. Previously Mr. Fucci held senior sales positions at leading enterprise organizations such as MarkLogic, Tibco Software and Oracle and sold into the top one hundred financial services accounts.

Doug Kaminski joins Actiance as Vice President of Sales West Region. As an experienced sales leader, Mr. Kaminski brings expertise and passion to the enterprise sales team. He has held senior sales positions at Océ Business Services and Clearwell Systems, now part of Symantec, where he achieved 130% YOY average growth per year across the territory.
