CINCINNATI, OH -- (Marketwire) -- 12/05/12 -- Everence (http://www.everence.com) has selected Cincom Eloquence® (http://documentsolutions.cincom.com) to simplify its document communications processes, including generation of the new Summary of Benefits and Coverage (SBC) document as mandated by the Affordable Care Act of 2010.

In addition, Everence expects improvements in member satisfaction derived from Cincom Eloquence's intuitive interface that helps member services representatives generate error-free, personalized document communications in real time and deliver them according to each customer's unique preference either print or electronic.
