In a climate where "flat is the new up," Snowbound experienced a 34% revenue increase from 2011 to 2012, resulting in the company's best year since opening up its doors in 1996.

Business was driven throughout the year by a variety of factors, including Snowbound's commitment to its customers and their needs. The release of Snowbound's enhanced VirtualViewer AJAX 3.1 in August, a browser-based pure HTML document viewer, contributed greatly to the company's 2012 success. As one of the company's flagship products, VirtualViewer realized its highest sales in history with an increase of 100% in 2012 over 2011. Similarly, Snowbound's RasterMaster SDK experienced a 72% increase in sales from 2011 to 2012.

Along with the VirtualViewer and RasterMaster growth, Snowbound provided increased professional services for its customers in 2012 by offering product enhancements and special configuration features.
