As a member of the Board of Directors, Greg Hughes will provide strategic guidance to the company's CEO and executive team.

Mr. Hughes has over 20 years of experience as a senior executive and consultant in the technology industry. Previously, he was a senior executive at Symantec, most recently serving as Group President, Enterprise Products where he had overall responsibility for the $4 billion enterprise software business. He joined Symantec through the company's acquisition of VERITAS Software, where he was Executive Vice President, Global Services. Mr. Hughes joined VERITAS after a 10-year career at McKinsey & Company, where he served as Partner and founded and led the Software Practice. He also serves as a director of LogMeIn. Mr. Hughes has an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a BS and MS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
