MONTREAL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwire) -- 03/04/13 -- ACCEO Solutions, a Canadian leader in IT consulting services and financial and business solutions for SMBs, has announced that it has completed the acquisition of most of the assets of Les Systemes Informatiques O.G.C. (OGC), a company which provides custom software solutions which meet the specific needs of hardware retailers, renovation centres, and gardening centres. As a result of this deal, the complete OGC-Plus integrated management software suite, which boasts over 5500 users in Canada, is being added to the ACCEO Solutions product lineup.

The ACCEO Solutions offering will thus now include no less than three products especially designed for hardware and building material centres. A well-established enterprise, OGC serves nearly 300 clients in Quebec and the rest of Canada. For ACCEO Solutions, the possibility of cross-sales of other products (such as dashboards, business forms, and point-of-sale payment systems) to these new clients has great potential for organic growth.

Over the course of 25 years, OGC has earned an enviable reputation by providing high-performance solutions which are adapted to meet the needs of hardware retailers and renovation centres, and which integrate business processes, facilitating sales, customer service, purchasing, human resources, finance, and inventory management operations.
