Both companies have worked with Serenic's Human Capital Management (HCM) solution and now will help deliver Serenic Navigator nonprofit accounting software with its full suite of integrated financial management solutions.

ICS will leverage its consulting experience with nonprofits and governmental entities to promote and support Serenic Navigator. Headquartered in Redmond, Wash., ICS has several hundred customers in Washington, Montana, Oregon and throughout the Northwest. Shepard & Associates' seasoned consulting team brings experience with more than 350 customers, including nonprofit and government organizations, across Kansas, Missouri and Iowa and throughout the Midwest.
