EDMONTON, ALBERTA and ATLANTA, GEORGIA -- (Marketwired) -- 04/03/13 -- Titan Trading Analytics, ("Titan or the "Company) (TSX VENTURE: TTA) (OTCBB: TITAF) announces that it has entered into a promissory note ("the "Promissory Note") with a third party lender (the "Note Holder"), pursuant to which the Note Holder has agreed to lend to the Company CDN $250,000. The Company intends to use the proceeds of the Promissory Note for general working capital purposes.

The principal under the Promissory Note will be accepted by Titan over a multi-week period and will incur an interest rate of 12% per year. The Promissory Note shall mature on March 1, 2014 (the "Maturity Date"). The Promissory Note is secured against all of the assets of the Company and ranks senior in priority and preference to any other indebtedness of other encumbrance of the Company.
