SDL's Phillip Clement will be joined by Macmillan Cancer Support's Andy Nash as they share details for how to deliver a better customer experience in a presentation entitled, "The Holy Grail of Mobile."

WHY:

Responsive design and adaptive design are just two of the many ways developers are tackling the challenges of delivering content to innumerable device types. The "Holy Grail" can best be defined by a custom interface that's based on what is known about the user's device, its capabilities, their location, the time of day they're using it and the associated behaviors that can be inferred from all these things. Andy will speak further about the vision of the Holy Grail, while Phillip will talk about the practical steps for achieving it.
