CHICAGO, IL -- (Marketwired) -- 04/17/13 -- CohesiveFT today announced the new VNS3 Free Edition. The Free Edition is a fully licensed Edition of CohesiveFT's Software Defined Networking (SDN) product, VNS3.

The Free Edition is ideal for companies using public cloud for development, testing and production environments. Previously, there was a 3 month limit on the "trial edition." Now organizations can test VNS3 for as long as needed with full VNS3 capabilities. CohesiveFT's VNS3 Edition Matrix compares the editions for each use case.

Along with the free edition updates, CohesiveFT announced the release of the 3.0.1 version of the product. Originally developed and released in 2008, VNS3 has evolved to become the leading application-controlled enterprise product.
