Quickoffice Pro and Quickoffice Pro HD users will gain powerful capabilities across its Word, Excel and PowerPoint editors. The new version includes an advanced PDF annotation tool, allowing users to draw directly on files, highlight text, insert shapes, and add and remove comments. Plus, a new dictionary enables spell check in English, French, Italian, German and Spanish. Android tablet users can also take advantage of keyboard shortcuts for quicker document creation and editing, along with a laser pointer for presentations.

Quickoffice Android users enjoy a crisp, integrated user interface that enables a desktop-like editing experience. To address growing mobile document creation and editing demands, the company extended its font selection and the ability to edit line spacing. The update includes an enhanced table functionality toolbar to insert and delete tables, resize / add / delete rows and columns, merge cells or resize a table. Users can also display charts in 2007 format, choose from 24 predefined table styles, create a table with one click and use a simple drag gesture with a live in-document preview.

Quickoffice further extended its PowerPoint features to enable more powerful mobile presentations capabilities with the ability to select from and insert more shapes. Users can also more easily insert bulleted and numbered lists, change images, rotate shapes and duplicate a slide for 2007 files. In Excel, users can move, resize and delete charts and update charts when referenced data is changed.
