Campbell brings with him nearly a decade of sales leadership experience at SugarCRM, where he helped establish the company's world-class and highly-awarded global channel program through executive roles including vice president of worldwide sales and SVP of global mid-market sales. At Get Satisfaction, Campbell will be responsible for extending the company's leadership position as best-in-class community platform for businesses of all sizes and scaling its sales organization in line with increased global demand.

Prior to SugarCRM, Jeff worked at Epiphany Inc. -- a leading developer of CRM business applications (acquired by Infor) -- where he managed the company's top strategic customer accounts and established its customer marketing initiatives as a director of customer marketing. Before that, Jeff held senior roles in sales and marketing at Informatica Corporation, SAP BusinessObjects and Sybase. Campbell is a graduate of the University of Southern California, where he received a degree in business and entrepreneurship.
