Going forward, Human Equation intends to complete strategic acquisitions to help build the agency, and invest in the commercialisation of its cyber-investigation platform Echo Alpha, which was recently presented to Microsoft.com

The financing was made possible through the help of the Business Development Bank of Canada, the Societe de developpement economique Ville-Marie (SDEVM), and Finalta Capital.
