This means that via a single configuration switch a whole new array of functionality becomes available that allows the owner of any given 2.8 SAM installation to oversee multiple accounts. Each account would have its own environment where the account admin can create auctions, create lots, manage/run sales, create/send/charge invoices and settlements and configure his own settings, completely independent of other accounts.

On such a subdomain the header/footer and all styles, colors, background images, etc. can be maintained by that account's webmaster, giving the account owner the ability to present an independently branded platform, while maintaining a presence on the main site for traffic generation purposes, but without the need to manage redundant sets of auction and lot data.
