MONTREAL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwire) -- 05/01/12 -- Peak Positioning Technologies Inc. ("Peak" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: PKK) today announced that it has retained Pinnacle Capital Markets Ltd. ("Pinnacle") to provide investor relations services for the Company.

Under the terms of the agreement, Pinnacle has undertaken to use its well-established relationships with the institutional and retail investment communities to assist Peak in fostering productive, continuing relationships with analysts, brokers, potential investors, and other financial professionals, as well as to manage information flow to Peak's current shareholders. In return, Peak will pay Pinnacle a monthly retainer of $ 6,000, in addition to 200,000 incentive stock options. The agreement, which is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval, is for an initial period of six months with an option to renew on mutually agreed terms.
