Mr. Jennings is a highly respected and experienced business-to-business marketing and sales professional. The election of Mr. Jennings to Skkynet's Board will be voted on at the Company's 2013 Ordinary Shareholder Meeting, which will be convened for early August, 2013. In the meantime, Mr. Jennings has been appointed to Skkynet's Advisory Board.
