ATLANTA, GA -- (Marketwired) -- 06/04/13 -- Cloud Sherpas, one of the world's largest cloud services brokerages and a two-time Google Enterprise Partner of the Year for Google Apps, is now a provider of Customer Success Services (CSS) for Google Apps, approved by Google. For a company to deliver CSS, it must be a Google Apps Premier Reseller that has met criteria, specified by Google, for delivering a consistently high standard of support and advisory services for Google Apps.
CSS provides enterprise customers with proactive communication (including access to Google's Premium Customer Network, advanced road map presentations and access to Trusted Tester Program), advice and consultancy (including best practices, change management assistance, regular operational meetings, and apps usage guidance), and enhanced technical support (24/7 availability, case prioritization, faster response times, and direct access to experts). Additionally, customers are assigned a Designated Account Manager, a benefit that is not part of any other cloud management package offered by Google.
Cloud Sherpas provides the most comprehensive range of services to promote customer success with Google Apps, including a customer portal, monthly newsletter, ongoing education through webinars and instructional videos, and a customer forum. All these services are provided at no additional cost to the customer. The CSS designation will allow Cloud Sherpas to bolster its existing offerings for customers that require more comprehensive levels of support.
"We needed a partner who could support us around the clock and provide the technical resources we need to keep our systems running smoothly around the globe 24/7," said Al Bakutis, enterprise network and IT telecommunications manager at Fairchild Semiconductor. "Customer Success Services through Cloud Sherpas allows us to not only receive immediate support if and when we need it, but it gives us access to a premium community, Google product and engineering teams, and even change management assistance."
"We are proud to have been approved by Google to provide Customer Success Services to Google Apps users worldwide," said Douglas Shepard, president of Cloud Sherpas' Google business unit. "In our five years-plus relationship with Google we've delivered services and support to millions of Google Apps users on multiple continents. No other partner has the depth of knowledge and breadth of experience as Cloud Sherpas. We are excited to continue this tradition and look forward to working even more closely with our partners at Google."
