SUNNYVALE, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 05/02/12 -- Centrify Corporation, the leading provider of security and compliance solutions that centrally control, secure and audit access to cross-platform systems, mobile devices and applications using Active Directory, today announced that it continues its aggressive expansion and investment in cloud-based security and compliance services, including opening a new development office in the talent-rich area of Bellevue, Wash.
The new facility accommodates Centrify's employee growth plans to build out its Centrify Cloud Service for delivery of mobile services today, as well as other important cloud-based security and compliance services in the future. Centrify earlier this year announced Centrify DirectControl for Mobile, the company's first cloud-based service that lets enterprises centrally secure and manage smart phones and tablets, including iPads and Android devices, using existing Active Directory infrastructure, skill sets and processes. Moving forward, the Centrify Cloud Service will be Centrify's platform to extend security and compliance capabilities to additional cloud-based systems and applications.
"Our physical expansion through our new office space is tangible evidence of where our vision is taking us as we continue to execute on our plan to help enterprise customers secure and audit access to both on-premise and cloud resources through a unified management model," said Paul Moore, Centrify CTO. "We will aggressively work toward fulfilling the needs of our current and future customers, as well as continue shaping the direction of enterprise security as disruptive trends such as cloud and mobile devices become mainstream."
