AUSTIN, TX -- (Marketwired) -- 06/07/13 -- SolarWinds, Inc. (NYSE: SWI) today announced the signing of a lease agreement for the company's new corporate headquarters in Southwest Austin. SolarWinds, a leading provider of powerful and affordable IT management software, expects to move into its new space at 7171 Southwest Parkway (formerly AMD's Lonestar Campus) in early 2014.

SolarWinds is the first company to sign a lease on the property since AMD sold its campus earlier this year. The 13-year lease is for approximately 230,000 square feet in buildings on the Campus with options to expand.

Austin-based since 2006, SolarWinds builds software products that are designed to make IT professionals' jobs easier. The software portfolio addresses a broad range of IT management problems, from basic network availability and performance monitoring to emerging challenges such as cloud computing, BYOD and Big Data.
