The Zenoss Cloud Service Assurance product is available today from Cisco Systems, Inc. and Cisco partners and was developed under the Cisco SolutionsPlus partner program. Cisco and Zenoss have jointly validated the Zenoss Cloud Service Assurance product, extending and customizing it to work with the VMDC architecture and Cisco Unified Data Center. Zenoss Cloud Service Assurance is an advanced software solution for converged infrastructure deployments. It enables reliable service delivery by providing an essential platform for resource monitoring, relationship modeling, adaptive dependency discovery, and continuous delivery of quantitative impact and root cause analysis. Zenoss Cloud Service Assurance provides Vblock Systems customers with a single tool to view Vblock Systems and workloads, a health view of customer business applications, and ability to integrate Vblock Systems infrastructure and business applications into existing IT processes.
With Zenoss, CSA customers can automate service monitoring for cloud tenant users and business applications. As customers transition to cloud operations with the addition of service catalogs, customer portals, and orchestration solutions, the value of Zenoss CSA grows with automated service monitoring for cloud tenant users and business applications.
Vblock Systems integrate leading Cisco networking and server, EMC storage, and VMware cloud infrastructure technologies into a single intelligent converged infrastructure system with seamless support. This certification provides customers with the assurance that Zenoss Cloud Service Assurance will interoperate with Vblock Systems.
The certification was conducted by Superna, which has been authorized by VCE to provide Vblock system certifications to VCE Technology Alliance Partner (TAP) program members. This certification enables mutual channel partners and customers to accelerate adoption of Vblock systems by leveraging Zenoss' unified monitoring and management approach.
