IRVINE, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 06/25/13 -- Solarflare, the leading provider of application-intelligent networking software and hardware, will be showcasing its new SFN7000 series of adapters in the Synopsys Exhibit at the PCI-SIG Developers Conference.

Solarflare will be providing an exclusive sneak-peak of the SFN7122F, the first adapter in Solarflare's latest SFN7000 series of 10/40GbE PCIe 3.0 server adapters for enterprise and cloud networking. As part of Solarflare's next generation controller family, this server adapter will enhance and extend Solarflare's existing high-performance and low-latency architecture.

New features will include support for PCIe 3.0 at 8GT/s, a full virtual embedded switch and flexible L2/3/4 packet parsing for clouds and software-defined networking. The SFN7122F adapter will also support OpenOnload kernel bypass middleware for accelerating applications.
