Thomas to its distinguished Board. Thomas brings with him a broad range of experience in executive roles at data-driven companies, including IMS Health and IBM.

As chairman and CEO of IMS Health, Thomas reignited the company's growth by increasing investment in core data assets, analytics and new product developments, dramatically strengthening the company's consulting and services capabilities while expanding into new markets. As senior vice president and group executive at IBM, Thomas drove business development, channel sales, and customer acquisition and retention on a global scale. While at IBM, he was a respected member of IBM's Corporate Executive Committee, which oversees all worldwide business operations.

Thomas currently serves as chairman of Fortune Brands Home Security Board of Directors and as presiding director of the Board of Directors at Interpublic Group. In addition, he is a member of the Fidelity Investments Board of Trustees.
