NWN provides managed remote services, onsite monitoring, and NCloud Hosted Collaboration, which provides dial tone, presence, video, contact center enterprise services from their NWN-built public cloud infrastructure. Since May 2011, NWN has fully deployed Zenoss to monitor all NWN Managed Service customers.
