The two will unveil the findings of a new commissioned study conducted by Forrester Consulting on behalf of Message Systems: The Total Economic Impact of the Message Systems Momentum Platform.

The product of a research team led by Forrester's Cormier documents in extensive detail the value provided by the Momentum solution to a composite Organization based on interviews with five Message Systems customers. The top-level findings of the study indicate that a composite Organization representing a typical Message Systems customer, characterized as a "$200 million (revenue) online service provider," can expect a risk-adjusted ROI over a three-year period of "a very favorable 115 percent" with total benefits over the same period of more than $1 million. These figures are based on research and interviews with actual Message Systems customers who have, collectively, used the Momentum platform for nearly two decades.
