Darrell Cook was appointed Vice President, Sales for the Company's advertising operations, and Darryl Singer will serve as Vice President, Platform Solutions.

Darrell Cook brings over 20 years sales leadership experience to the Company, having served in senior sales and marketing positions at leading media organizations such as Torstar Digital, Transcontinental Media and most recently Pareto Corporation. Darrell's experience will help the Company execute its cross-platform strategy that enables Agencies and Advertisers to realize the best return on advertising spend across real-time advertising platforms.

Darryl Singer joins EQ Works from Comwave, where he was responsible for all digital strategy and customer acquisition platforms. Prior to Comwave, Darryl spent several years in senior strategic and business development roles with targeted display and performance advertising networks, most recently with AOL Canada.
