                 Appointment of Non-Executive Director
 NetDimensions updates the market on the appointment of a new Non-
                        Executive Director

NetDimensions (LSE AIM: NETD; OTCQX: NETDY), a global provider of
performance, knowledge and learning management systems, is pleased to
announce the appointment of Mr James Brooke as Non-Executive Director
("NED") of the Company effective immediately.

James Dominic Brooke, aged 42, has an excellent financial background
having previously worked at a number of high profile companies
including Deloitte, 3i plc and Gartmore. James is currently a Fund
Manager at Henderson Global Investors, the largest shareholder of the
Company holding 23.88% of the issued share capital.

James graduated from Oxford University with a MA (hons) in Mathematics
and is also a fully qualified accountant being a member of the
Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Jay Shaw, NetDimensions CEO, commented: "The appointment of James

experienced and capable team. James will bring additional financial and
