Successful expansion of business activities requires accurate planning of innovations and assets investments, combined with a detailed assessment of expected costs, risk and opportunities.

Without access to this critical data, your success will be severely limited and dependent on luck and guesswork. Specifically, a lack of insight into budget consumptions and insufficient visibility into the performance of running projects can cripple or slow down your portfolio decision process. When looking to survive in today’s competitive environment, your planning process needs to be top-notch and data-driven. But where should you start?

Join us for this webinar to hear how chemical product manufacturer Huntsman streamlined its investment planning process for new asset construction and maintenance projects with SAP Enterprise Portfolio and Project Management.
