What does it take to achieve growth and out-perform your competition? In this webinar you will hear about the unique characteristics of companies that have outperformed their peers through strategies such as globalization, talent management, and advanced manufacturing, as well as the importance that access to capital plays in fueling these strategies.

Register for this webinar to hear highlights from several key research projects, including:

Advanced manufacturing techniques - common applications, benefits, and barriers
Supply Chain margins - what tools companies are using to measure end to end cost
Access to Capital - how small to mid-sized companies are finding their futures.

Doug Farren, Associate Direction of the National Center for the Middle Market, will discuss these approaches and provide insight on what manufacturing and supply chain companies are doing to stay competitive in this demanding time.

About the National Center for the Middle Market

The US Middle Market is an important yet little known segment of the broader economy.  Due to the private ownership structures of nearly 85% of middle market business, very little data is available let alone insights into the strategies that drive growth and employment at these firms.  The National Center for the Middle Market located at The Ohio State University was founded in 2011 as the nation’s only research center of its kind focused exclusively on middle market companies, which are defined as having between $10 million to $1 billion in annual revenue.
