Receiving a call from a U.S. Customs & Border Protection (CBP) auditor indicating that your company has been selected for an audit is never pleasant. Get prepared by understanding CBP’s Focused Assessment (FA) process and what will be expected of you as an audit candidate. The webinar will also highlight the recent changes that took place to the FA program effective October 2014 and will also touch on CBP’s other audit programs such as the Importer Self-Assessment Program and Quick Response Audits. 

Donald Simpson, Senior Vice President of OHL International, and Jennifer Polidoro, Senior Manager of OHL International, will collaborate during this one-hour training session using their own experiences as custom brokers and a former Customs auditor to drive the discussion.

This webinar will be recorded and distributed to all registered participants.

This webinar will be eligible for CCS credit by the National Customs Brokers & Forwarders Association of America (NCBFAA). Please provide your NCBFAA number when you register to receive the credit. 

NOTE: This webinar is an online training session. We welcome all participation levels, including both experienced importers looking for a refresher course, as well as new employees in your organization who require 101-level training. The presenter will prepare a presentation based on the participants' levels and there will be time for questions after the presentation.
