Finding a simple, efficient and flexible tool for importing and exporting OpenText Content Server data can be a challenge. Both modules have new, simpler setup pages that allow you to configure your data movement precisely how you want it. Our import module imports documents, URLs, emails, category attribute data, records management and physical object data, and users and groups. Customers use this module to import items such as scanned images, database reports, legacy data and bulk conversions from file servers.

Our export module can export the contents of folders, projects, collections, and email folders to hierarchical or flat directory structures. In addition, it extracts data such as permissions, category attributes, email data, classifications, records management and physical object data, and standard system attributes (name, description, etc.).
