-Alfabet Cloud Enterprise Web-based Configuration: For Alfabet Cloud Enterprise customers a new cloud-based configuration server enables configuration of the Alfabet implementation using the Alfabet expansion sets for custom reporting and solution configuration. An accompanying validation server supports user acceptance testing of configuration changes before they’re committed to production.   

-Alfabet Mobile Portfolio Manager: This next edition of the Alfabet Mobile Portfolio Manager provides the full functionality of a customer’s Alfabet implementation on a tablet to support decision-making on business and IT transformation. Current and complete information "at your fingertips" to be able to respond quickly to portfolio performance issues and the continual stream of business demands.

-Cloud Discovery for AWS: Read your Amazon Web Services (AWS) footprint into Alfabet to have cloud-based applications and AWS services become part of your architectural inventory to be used in creating cloud-ready solutions. In this release, this functionality is provided as a preview version that will be further developed with subsequent releases of Alfabet.

-Threat Management: This new capability introduces threats as a new dimension of identifying, planning for and thus reducing risk to the enterprise IT environment. Threats can be systematically captured, categorized and related to the architecture, greatly increasing the speed and accuracy of risk assessment.

-Data Retention Policy Management: Define and apply data retention policies for business data to ensure data retention is compliant, cost-effective and supports information needs. Identify conflicts, overlaps and redundancies in data retention approaches across the enterprise.

-Repository Interaction Layer for ARIS/Alfabet Interoperability: Eliminating the need for replication of all information in the two repositories, this new capability allows the products to directly interact with one another’s repository enabling users greater discretion in when using ARIS or Alfabet elements in the complementary product.

-Corporate Design Conformity: Align the application’s UI to be adjusted to corporate design guidelines with a look similar to, e.g. corporate portals.

-Report Views in Guide Pages: Embed reports into guide pages for faster insight and quicker access to relevant information.
