In 2013, he became an Information Mapping® Certified Consultant™ (IMCC) through Information Mapping International and also holds a Certified Information Professional (CIP) certification from AIIM. Currently, Rob serves as the President and Chief Information Architect at Precision Content Authoring Solutions Inc. in Toronto, Canada. His active involvement extends to being a member of the OASIS DITA Technical Committee, focusing on the Technical Documentation Subcommittee.
