The universe of help resources available to Red Hat partners and customers is vast, and finding the right ones can be a challenge. Knowledge base articles, quick starts, learning paths, API documentation, and chat assistants are all valuable. Still, many of these items are spread across multiple Red Hat websites, creating unwelcome speed bumps. To remove those impediments from the Hybrid Cloud Console experience, we have added an in-app help panel. This feature, designed to put a wealth of “helping” resources at the user’s fingertips, makes it easy to locate and access help content, chatbot-style experiences, and more. This session provides a tour of the help panel’s functionality. Whether you’re an end user looking for a guide to writing your first Ansible playbook or a partner interested in equipping your customers to accomplish their OpenShift cluster management use cases through self-service tooling, this session has something for you.
