To further strengthen our partnership, UKCloud have teamed up with the Social Value Business to create a Social Value Charter. We believe the pledges within the charter are not just the right thing to do but make strong business sense. All UKCloud partners are invited to this workshop in which we will: 1. Launch UKCloud’s Social Value Charter and the rationale for doing so 2. Detail the Social Value Act and the new measures (Social Value Model) introduced from January 2021 and their significance 3. Discuss the numerous activities partners can undertake to align with UKCloud’s Social Value Charter as well as what other companies are doing outside of the tech industry 4. Detail how our partners can achieve a Social Value Quality Mark (SVQM) should they wish to enhance their Social Value credentials
