Containers and cloud-native development impacts security significantly. The mission hasn’t changed – we still need to harden the environment, reduce the attack surface, and find and stop bad guys. But the tactics must change – the old tools don’t work with this new infrastructure, and most importantly the processes have to change to fit the new DevOps world.
